Our consultation and design, installation, and removal hours stay within our normal business schedule (8-8, M-F). We are available 24/7 for maintenance, warranty, or service calls for current customers.
Of course, but we do have a $600 minimum charge for holiday lighting installation and small decor services like Christmas wreaths and bush or tree lighting. We can help you design and plan the perfect Christmas lights display for your home and budget. No project is too small or too large!
It's very rare that we can't, we usually need little more than your address. In most cases we utilize a number of specialized apps like Google Earth to view and measure the property remotely, and that is normally all the location-specific information we need to get your quote ready. We require up to date pictures of any bushes, trees, or landscaping you would like included in the service. In the rare instance that a remote estimate is impossible, an estimator can stop by and quickly gather all the needed measurements and information in person at the property.

Unfortunately we can not install customer supplied lights or decor. We are unable to offer a warranty, service, or installation guarantee with lighting systems we do not supply or build, and being a one-stop-shop is what makes this service package so special! We utilize only the best commercial-grade lighting, timers, accessories, wiring, and anchoring systems to guarantee a magical experience for you and your family. Since we remove and store your lights to be re-installed every season, we only design systems using the most reliable parts and brands to guarantee the longest service life possible.
No, because we don't use them. Our pricing includes EVERYTHING required for your custom solution, including materials and design time, installation and removal labor, and storage fees. We hand make all leads, extensions, jumpers, and hand-cut every light strand to the perfect length for your home so you never have to deal with another missing bulb, or extra lights stuffed into gutters to hide them.
Absolutely not! With the exception of heavier items on brick or stucco like our wreath or lit garland options that sometimes require small permanent, almost invisible mounting anchors to be installed we try to never use damaging mounting solutions. All gutter, shingle, siding, and sill hangers are clip on types. In the cases of some brick or stone homes where none of these options are viable, we use a commercial grade hot glue or removeable adhesive to mount our anchors without damaging the brick or home exterior. We do our best to install your entire display without using any staples, nails, screws, or hooks that require drilling or cutting. In some cases there is no other way to mount your decorations, but in these cases we will notify the client and change the job scope as needed.
We ONLY carry and install professional grade LED bulbs and materials. LED bulbs are EXTREMELY efficient, and you will see upwards of a 90% utility cost reduction when compared to similarly sized incandescent bulbs. An average sized 2,500 square foot home with a full exterior display on a dust-till-dawn timer usually sees an increase of less than $10 per billing cycle for the entire season.
LED technology has come a long way in the past few years. Our most popular LED light bulbs offer the same look, colors, and warmth as traditional filament bulbs but offer the benefits of a much longer service life and reduced energy costs. We also have brighter options for clients that prefer the exceptional clarity and sparkle that LED bulbs are commonly known for.
Due to our all-inclusive warranty and maintenance contract, removal and storage of your lights at our secure, climate-controlled facility is REQUIRED. This prevents accidental damage due to stacking heavy objects on top of your decor, dropping, water intrusion, heat and weather, animals or pests, theft, etc. We've all done a bit of spring cleaning and accidentally thrown the wrong box away. If you do that with your lights, we have nothing to install for you next year! This process also eliminates scheduling concerns with re-installation. We try to schedule clients in the same neighborhoods or areas together, and we've had issues with customers forgetting to put their lights outside on the morning of their scheduled installation day, which causes a re-schedule and can wreak havoc on us, interfering with other client's service times and dates.
We start removing our lights on January first, and all lights are normally down by the end of the month.
Yes you can, but once the agreed upon system has been installed there IS an additional charge to replace bulbs or change colors. While we do keep an inventory of spares, we can't keep enough of each color on the truck to facilitate mass changes like these on the fly, and depending on your exact system and part availability, we may not have replacements in stock at all. We work with you during the design phase to avoid situations like this whenever possible.
No! As long as we have access to your preferred exterior outlet and IT HAS POWER all decorations can be installed without anyone needing to be present at the home. Go to work, have a snow day, get that last minute shopping trip done!
