Most manufacturers and maintenance contractors suggest cleaning at a minimum of every 6 months to keep your building looking brand new and extend the useable life of your purchase. Generally you can expect to pay between $.75 cents and $2.50 per square foot for our services, this being a drop in the bucket if you consider the national average to have a new awning installed; usually ranging from $25 to $50 per square foot and not including the cost to tear down and dispose of your current structure and cover.
